Plasticized organs. Familiar parts of the own body – frozen and estranged. Men turning into a machine while reality freezes in the space between. Visionaries have always drawn from the manifold pool of nature’s art of engineering. Yet high-tech and electronification threatens this fact to fall into oblivion. “Blank” aims at closing the growing gap in order to revive the awareness of the symbiosis between men and technics.
Together with Julia Asal I worked out a wall calender for MBtech, a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz. The job was to visualize “Visions of mobility”.
